SMS Text Messaging Terms

Program name: I&E Nutrition Services, Inc. Patient Care Messages

What you'll receive: If you agree to receive text messages from I&E Nutrition Services, Inc., you may receive appointment reminders and scheduling and rescheduling messages. We do not send marketing texts, and we do not include health information in texts.

How you opt in: After your physician or healthcare provider refers you to us, our staff will ask for your permission to text you when we call you for intake. You may give verbal consent by phone, which our staff records with the date, time, and staff member's initials, and/or by signing the text message consent on our intake form. We do not collect text message consent through this website. After you opt in, you'll receive one text confirming your enrollment.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll receive one confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again (for example, by replying START or telling our office).

Not a condition of service: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving services.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

Emergencies: Text messages are not monitored for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
