Our office reviews the referral and verifies the patient's insurance coverage and eligibility. 3. Confirmed Appointment. Our team contacts the patient by phone to arrange and confirm the visit. 4. Nutrition Care. The patient meets one-on-one with a Registered Dietitian by secure telehealth, with progress updates shared with the referring provider. In-clinic visits are available upon patient request and are arranged by our office at a reserved clinic location after referral and eligibility review.
